On December 17, 2018, in the hall of the University of Zagreb, the projects of Faculties that received grants within the call UP.03.1.1.02 Internationalization of higher education from the European Social Fund were presented. Main goal of this call was to improve the quality and relevance of higher education through internationalization.

Along with the rector of the University of Zagreb Prof. Damir Boras and Vice Rector for Innovation, Technology Transfer and Communication Prof. Miljenko Šimpraga, the press conference was attended by deans and vice-deans and project managers.

Grants for the implementation of projects in the field of internationalization were awarded to 12 components of the University of Zagreb, including the project of the Faculty of Kinesiology presented by the Vice Dean for Science doc.dr.sc. Sanja Šalaj.
