At the Faculty of Kinesiology, you can be enrolled as an exchange student (non-degree student) within the Erasmus+ program, a free mover, or a student involved in the bilateral exchange. Get in touch with the International Relations Office at your home university to initiate the application procedure or contact the KIF International Relations Office.

How to apply
- Student exchange within the Erasmus+ program is possible only with our Erasmus partners
- Contact your university's Erasmus coordinator or International Relations Office at the home faculty to check if you are eligible for an exchange to the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb. You must apply through your home university.
- Once you are chosen by your home university, your coordinator must nominate you for your student exchange period at the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb (via e-mail).
Nomination procedure

The home university nominates students via a Google form. Please do not send nominations via email. For specific questions (not explained on the website) about the nomination or application process, please contact incoming@unizg.hr
Partner universities are kindly requested to respect the nomination deadlines. The nomination form is open:
- for the 1st / winter semester / academic year => from 1 March until 1 May
- for the 2nd / summer semester => from 1 September until 1 November
Application procedure
After nomination, students need to apply.
Application deadlines (to receive students' application documents by email):
- 15 May for the winter semester / academic year
- 15 November for the summer semester
The documents you need to enclose to your application form are:
- Curriculum Vitae (Croatian or English)
- The Learning Agreement (signed by the student and Home Institution)
- Grade Transcript
- Certificate of Enrollment
- Nomination letter
- Copy of the ID card (both sides) / Passport (first page with the photo and personal data)
- Proof of English knowledge if you are following courses in English – B2 level (all kinds of certificates, from different language schools, are accepted).

At the University of Zagreb, we use OLA - Online Learning Agreement.
