Stipe Gorenjak, Master of Engineering in Information Technology and a certified MCP since 2007, is dedicated to professional development and the application of modern ICT technologies in the educational sector. He has been employed at the University of Zagreb Faculty of Kinesiology, for 18 years, where he currently serves as the Head of the Information Support Center and actively participates in several permanent committees of the Faculty.
Professionally, Stipe specializes in Microsoft and Cisco technologies, with a strong focus on the continuous improvement of business processes through innovative tools and technological solutions. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented numerous key infrastructure projects at the Faculty, including:
One of his most significant projects was carried out in 2013, when advanced ICT infrastructure was introduced for academic institutions, including AD-DC, Hyper-V Cluster, ADFS, and Office 365. At that time, he led the first implementation of SSO-ADFS for Office 365 at a higher education institution in Croatia, enabling the migration of over 3,000 users to the Office 365 platform. Since 2023, the Faculty of Kinesiology has adopted a Multi-Cloud environment to meet increasingly demanding IT resource needs.
Stipe continually strives to acquire new knowledge and technologies, guided by a commitment to continuous improvement and the enhancement of IT services in education.
