Here you can find the final administrative steps you need to complete before and after defending your thesis.

Before the thesis defence, students should return all borrowed library books and ensure all obligations are settled.

After a successful defence, students are required to submit:

• one bound printed copy of the thesis
• one digital PDF copy on a CD 

Once everything is completed, the library issues a confirmation certificate confirming that the thesis submission process has been successfully completed.
