Full Registration Fee: The Full Registration Fee covers your participation in the entire Conference Programme. It includes catering services on conference days, such as coffee & tea breaks, lunches, access to the Conference Reception and Conference Dinner (social program).  

Accommodation and Additional Costs: Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodation, transportation to and from the accommodation to the Conference Venue and Social Programme venues, and any other travel or insurance expenses. These costs are not covered by the Registration Fee.

Filming and Photography Notice: The conference organizers will capture photos and videos during the event. These materials may be featured on websites, social media, and future publications. By attending the conference, you consent to the use of your image for these purposes.
