All actions related to registration fee will be handled by agency TRAVELSPOT. 

• Registration fees are to be paid in Euros (€) by bank transfer, credit card or invoice.
  • Please note the respective registration fees shall only be valid if registration is submitted and full payment is received by us by the respective deadline. If payment of the registration fee is received later than the early deadline registration, the respective next higher fee shall be due.
  • Your registration is effective upon the receipt of full payment of the registration fee by us, i.e. only those participants having fully paid their registration fees will be entitled to participate in the conference.
  • The conference registration fee includes:
    • (1) access to all conference lectures;
    • (2) conference programme and materials;
    • (3) lunches and coffee breaks;
    • (4) welcome reception on Thursday 10 April, 2025,
    • (5) excursion to Dubrovnik on Saturday afternoon (please mark your interest during registration)

Registration for conference gala dinner will be available upon a fee during registration process!

*Participants are allowed to register at the Orpheus membership rate if they have confirmed Orpheus membership. Please note we will request a proof of your membership, if you register as member.

**You are eligible for the student fee if you are a student (Bachelor, Master or PhD) within the academic year 2024-2025. A certificate of enrollment or a letter signed by your supervisor needs to be provided by e-mail (orpheus2025@kif.hr) to confirm your registration.

*** Accompanying person can be registered during the registration of the main participant . Gala dinner option for fee will also be offered.

Please read before registration

When you open the registration/accomodation web page first you have to open new account and log in with your credentials. Then you can proceed in two ways:  

1. Option: Fill the form and choose appropriate registration fee + choose gala dinner + choose wanted accomodation. That will result in one reciept for all three services. 

2. Option: Fill the form and choose registration fee and go to check out. That will result in separate receipt for registration fee. Gala dinner and Accomodation may be added in later steps if still availible. In this option you have to start over with log in and go directly to Gala dinner and/or Accomodation.  

3.Important note: Please note that one registration is needed for one participant with or without abstract submission. Registration  entitles participant for maximum of one abstract submission. Registrations are non-refundable so please plan your participation, plane tickets, visas, vaccination and accomodation accordingly. Organiser may issue invitation letter for visa purposes but without guarantees for obtaining one.
