Dear participants, organisers pre-reserved a limited number of single and double rooms in Hotel Croatia which is also a conference hotel where all of the lectures and most of the social program will be held. Staying on the spot provides you better opportunities to organise your time and gives better opportunities for social contacts.   Please note that Cavtat region is a popular travel destination in spring and that many countries start Easter holidays soon after so please reserve on time. The rooms are available for registred participants and their accompanying persons through the reservation system of our support travel agency TRAVELSPOT (contact Ms. Sanja Kardaš: sanja.kardas@travelspot.com).  All questions regarding accomodation as well as reservation and payment will be handled by agency.  You can reserve your room here or also at registration section:

When you open the registration/accomodation web page first you have to open new account and log in with your credentials. Then you can proceed in two ways:  

1. Option: Fill the form and choose appropriate registration fee + choose gala dinner + choose wanted accomodation. That will result in one reciept for all three services. 

2. Option: Fill the form and choose registration fee and go to check out. That will result in separate receipt for registration fee. Gala dinner and Accomodation may be added in later steps if still availible. In this option you have to start over with log in and go directly to Gala dinner and/or Accomodation.
