On December 12, 2018, at the Faculty of Kinesiology, University of Zagreb, as part of the project Development and implementation of postgraduate specialist study Prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries in English, we gathered former students and employers to help us create the highest quality study program.

Kinesiologists, physicians and physiotherapists discussed:

1. Future jobs (occupations) of students with postgraduate university studies "Prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries" where could they gain an advantage in the labor market (where our students will be recognized as experts),

2. Key competencies and skills related to the prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries that future students need to fulfill work tasks in these professions (what they need to know and be able to do),

3. Competences that graduate kinesiologists lack or for which there is a need and which should be developed in the study program "Prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries" (what graduate students did not learn previously).

A workshop was held to discuss the share of topics and their complexity as well as the methods of teaching (e-learning, practice, theoretical and practical classes), and our alumni gave their own suggestions for improving the quality of this study program.
